Terms of Use

What Basement Bridge is
Basement Bridge is a connection service. We match homeowners with independent waterproofing contractors. Basement Bridge does not perform waterproofing or construction work, and does not employ or supervise the contractors we refer.
Your agreement with a contractor
Any work, pricing, warranty or contract is strictly between you and the contractor. Getting a quote through Basement Bridge does not obligate you to hire anyone. We are not responsible for the quality, cost or timing of a contractor's work.
Using the site
Please provide accurate information when you submit a request. Don't use the site for unlawful purposes or to submit requests on behalf of someone else without their permission.
No guarantees
We try to connect every request with a contractor but can't guarantee a match, a response time or a result. The site is provided "as is."
Emergencies
If there is a risk to life or safety, such as electrical hazards, gas smells or rapidly rising water, call 911 first.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
